AV-CAB is a purpose-engineered, anti-vandal copper aluminium busbar solution. AV-CAB is a next-generation conductor that combines the conductivity of copper with the affordability and lightness of aluminium - and most critically, offers no resale value as pure copper to thieves.

AV-CAB is designed to replace traditional copper busbars in electrical distribution panels, substations, kiosks, and industrial switchboards. AV-CAB is compatible with Existing infrastructure.

AV-CAB is a high electrical performance solid bar product where 20-30% copper by weight is permanently fused to an aluminium core. This is not a surface plating - the materials are metallurgically bonded through heat and pressure to form a single, inseparable alloy.

AV-CAB is impossible to strip, melt down, or separate like traditional copper busbars - meaning it holds no illicit scrap value, discouraging theft and vandalism.
